10ml essential oil blend of Geranium, Lavender, Neroli & Clary Sage  

Geranium is said to support emotions by creating a calming and grounding effect.  The aroma of Geranium can help lessen feelings of anxiety and calm nerves.

Lavender - a must have essential oil to provide a relaxing aroma, promote a peaceful environment and encourages a restful night's sleep.

Neroli - derived from the flowers of the bitter orange tree.  A sweet mix of floral and citrus.  Neroli is said to have a powerful effect on stress and an uplifting effect on mood.

Clary Sage - often used to relax, soothe & balance.

How to use:  Just add water to your aroma diffuser or oil burner, and add 5 - 7 drops of the essential oil.
