10ml essential oil blend of Litsea (May Chang) and Ylang Ylang 

Litsea is a cheering oil native to Southern Asia and is sometimes known as mountain pepper.  A sweet aroma with distinct notes of lemon and fruity undertones,  The fragrance is said to help remove negative energies and facilitate better mental focus.

Ylang Ylang has been known to have a harmonising effect, fighting insomnia as well as promoting healthy sleep patterns, due to its sedative effect.

How to use:  just add water to your aroma diffuser or oil burner and add 5 - 7 drops of the essential oil.
